The Program

The one year Full-Time MBA programme at CBS offers you a unique and life-changing experience. CBS is not a student factory but a thought machine where your brain will be charged and challenged in various ways from day one.

The programme covers all core management disciplines with relevant elective courses all taught by world-class faculty. Classes are conducted in an informal learning atmosphere and in true Scandinavian management style, everything can be questioned and challenged in the quest for new insight!

Key features of the programme include:

CSR:
Through the course, "Business Practices from a Corporate Sustainability Perspective", you will explore the different corporate sustainability and responsible management issues, risks and opportunities that are associated with each of the core management courses of the Full-time MBA programme.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation:
This aspect comprises of three elements:
- Innovation and Entrepreneurship module - Entrepreneur and Innovation mindset for managers;
- The A-Board - an advisory board programme, where you will sit on a board of a start-up in the region
- Business Development - which focuses on preparing and starting a business

Leadership Discovery Process:
- You will take a journey of personal and professional development together with your mentors and coaches and learn how to deal with modern leadership dilemmas and challenges. As part of the process, a leadership simulator takes place in the Swedish wilderness annually.

Integrated Strategy Project:
- The final part of the MBA comprises an Integrated Strategy Project (ISP), which is a four-month period of hands-on experience with a real company, where you will get to put theory to practice on a real-life strategic challenge.

You will gain a strong business perspective combining real-life cases with a critical approach to theories, concepts and methods of managerial decision-making. The CBS Full-time MBA was placed in the top cluster (Top 11) of European Full-time programmes by MBA recruiters participating in the QS Global 200 Survey, providing further evidence of the high quality graduates that the programme produces.
